哥林多前書 1 Corinthians

13:1	[bbe]	If I make use of the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am like sounding brass, or a loud-tongued bell.
	[hb5]	我若能說萬人的方言、並天使的話語、卻沒有愛、我就成了鳴的鑼、響的鈸一般。
	[kjv]	Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
13:2	[bbe]	And if I have a prophet's power, and have knowledge of all secret things; and if I have all faith, by which mountains may be moved from their place, but have not love, I am nothing.
	[hb5]	我若有先知講道之能、也明白各樣的奧秘、各樣的知識．而且有全備的信、叫我能夠移山、卻沒有愛、我就算不得甚麼。
	[kjv]	And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
13:3	[bbe]	And if I give all my goods to the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it is of no profit to me.
	[hb5]	我若將所有的賙濟窮人、又捨己身叫人焚燒、卻沒有愛、仍然與我無益。
	[kjv]	And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
13:4	[bbe]	Love is never tired of waiting; love is kind; love has no envy; love has no high opinion of itself, love has no pride;
	[hb5]	愛是恆久忍耐、又有恩慈．愛是不嫉妒．愛是不自誇．不張狂．
	[kjv]	Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
13:5	[bbe]	Love's ways are ever fair, it takes no thought for itself; it is not quickly made angry, it takes no account of evil;
	[hb5]	不作害羞的事．不求自己的益處．不輕易發怒．不計算人的惡．
	[kjv]	Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
13:6	[bbe]	It takes no pleasure in wrongdoing, but has joy in what is true;
	[hb5]	不喜歡不義．只喜歡真理．
	[kjv]	Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
13:7	[bbe]	Love has the power of undergoing all things, having faith in all things, hoping all things.
	[hb5]	凡事包容．凡事相信．凡事盼望．凡事忍耐。
	[kjv]	Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
13:8	[bbe]	Though the prophet's word may come to an end, tongues come to nothing, and knowledge have no more value, love has no end.
	[hb5]	愛是永不止息．先知講道之能、終必歸於無有．說方言之能、終必停止、知識也終必歸於無有。
	[kjv]	Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
13:9	[bbe]	For our knowledge is only in part, and the prophet's word gives only a part of what is true:
	[hb5]	我們現在所知道的有限、先知所講的也有限．
	[kjv]	For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
13:10	[bbe]	But when that which is complete is come, then that which is in part will be no longer necessary.
	[hb5]	等那完全的來到、這有限的必歸於無有了。
	[kjv]	But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
13:11	[bbe]	When I was a child, I made use of a child's language, I had a child's feelings and a child's thoughts: now that I am a man, I have put away the things of a child.
	[hb5]	我作孩子的時候、話語像孩子、心思像孩子、意念像孩子．既成了人、就把孩子的事丟棄了。
	[kjv]	When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
13:12	[bbe]	For now we see things in a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now my knowledge is in part; then it will be complete, even as God's knowledge of me.
	[hb5]	我們如今彷彿對著鏡子觀看、模糊不清．〔模糊不清原文作如同猜謎〕到那時、就要面對面了．我如今所知道的有限．到那時就全知道、如同主知道我一樣。
	[kjv]	For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
13:13	[bbe]	But now we still have faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
	[hb5]	如今常存的有信、有望、有愛、這三樣、其中最大的是愛。
	[kjv]	And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
