箴言 Proverbs

29:1	[bbe]	A man hating sharp words and making his heart hard, will suddenly be broken and will not be made well again.
	[hgb]	人屡次受责罚，仍然硬着颈项，他必顷刻败坏，无法可治。
	[kjv]	He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
29:2	[bbe]	When the upright have power, the people are glad; when an evil man is ruler, grief comes on the people.
	[hgb]	义人增多，民就喜乐。恶人掌权，民就叹息。
	[kjv]	When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
29:3	[bbe]	A man who is a lover of wisdom is a joy to his father: but he who goes in the company of loose women is a waster of wealth.
	[hgb]	爱慕智慧的，使父亲喜乐。与妓女结交的，却浪费钱财。
	[kjv]	Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father: but he that keepeth company with harlots spendeth his substance.
29:4	[bbe]	A king, by right rule, makes the land safe; but one full of desires makes it a waste.
	[hgb]	王借公平，使国坚定。索要贿赂，使国倾败。
	[kjv]	The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it.
29:5	[bbe]	A man who says smooth things to his neighbour is stretching out a net for his steps.
	[hgb]	谄媚邻舍的，就是设网罗绊他的脚。
	[kjv]	A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.
29:6	[bbe]	In the steps of an evil man there is a net for him, but the upright man gets away quickly and is glad.
	[hgb]	恶人犯罪，自陷网罗。惟独义人，欢呼喜乐。
	[kjv]	In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare: but the righteous doth sing and rejoice.
29:7	[bbe]	The upright man gives attention to the cause of the poor: the evil-doer gives no thought to it.
	[hgb]	义人知道查明穷人的案。恶人没有聪明，就不得而知。
	[kjv]	The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it.
29:8	[bbe]	Men of pride are the cause of violent acts in a town, but by wise men wrath is turned away.
	[hgb]	亵慢人煽惑通城。智慧人止息众怒。
	[kjv]	Scornful men bring a city into a snare: but wise men turn away wrath.
29:9	[bbe]	If a wise man goes to law with a foolish man, he may be angry or laughing, but there will be no rest.
	[hgb]	智慧人与愚妄人相争，或怒，或笑，总不能使他止息。
	[kjv]	If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest.
29:10	[bbe]	Men of blood are haters of the good man, and evil-doers go after his soul.
	[hgb]	好流人血的，恨恶完全人。索取正直人的性命。
	[kjv]	The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul.
29:11	[bbe]	A foolish man lets out all his wrath, but a wise man keeps it back quietly.
	[hgb]	愚妄人怒气全发。智慧人忍气含怒。
	[kjv]	A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
29:12	[bbe]	If a ruler gives attention to false words, all his servants are evil-doers.
	[hgb]	君王若听谎言，他一切臣仆都是奸恶。
	[kjv]	If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.
29:13	[bbe]	The poor man and his creditor come face to face: the Lord gives light to their eyes equally.
	[hgb]	贫穷人，强暴人，在世相遇，他们的眼目，都蒙耶和华光照。
	[kjv]	The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD lighteneth both their eyes.
29:14	[bbe]	The king who is a true judge in the cause of the poor, will be safe for ever on the seat of his power.
	[hgb]	君王凭诚实判断穷人，他的国位，必永远坚立。
	[kjv]	The king that faithfully judgeth the poor, his throne shall be established for ever.
29:15	[bbe]	The rod and sharp words give wisdom: but a child who is not guided is a cause of shame to his mother.
	[hgb]	杖打和责备，能加增智慧。放纵的儿子，使母亲羞愧。
	[kjv]	The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.
29:16	[bbe]	When evil men are in power, wrongdoing is increased; but the upright will have pleasure when they see their downfall.
	[hgb]	恶人加多，过犯也加多。义人必看见他们跌倒。
	[kjv]	When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall.
29:17	[bbe]	Give your son training, and he will give you rest; he will give delight to your soul.
	[hgb]	管教你的儿子，他就使你得安息，也必使你心里喜乐。
	[kjv]	Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.
29:18	[bbe]	Where there is no vision, the people are uncontrolled; but he who keeps the law will be happy.
	[hgb]	没有异象，（或作默示）民就放肆。惟遵守律法的，便为有福。
	[kjv]	Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
29:19	[bbe]	A servant will not be trained by words; for though the sense of the words is clear to him, he will not give attention.
	[hgb]	只用言语，仆人不肯受管教，他虽然明白，也不留意。
	[kjv]	A servant will not be corrected by words: for though he understand he will not answer.
29:20	[bbe]	Have you seen a man who is quick with his tongue? There is more hope for a foolish man than for him.
	[hgb]	你见言语急躁的人吗？愚昧人比他更有指望。
	[kjv]	Seest thou a man that is hasty in his words? there is more hope of a fool than of him.
29:21	[bbe]	If a servant is gently cared for from his early years, he will become a cause of sorrow in the end.
	[hgb]	人将仆人从小娇养，这仆人终久必成了他的儿子。
	[kjv]	He that delicately bringeth up his servant from a child shall have him become his son at the length.
29:22	[bbe]	An angry man is the cause of fighting, and a man given to wrath does much wrong.
	[hgb]	好气的人，挑启争端。暴怒的人，多多犯罪。
	[kjv]	An angry man stirreth up strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
29:23	[bbe]	A man's pride will be the cause of his fall, but he who has a gentle spirit will get honour.
	[hgb]	人的高傲，必使他卑下。心里谦逊的，必得尊荣。
	[kjv]	A man's pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.
29:24	[bbe]	A man who takes part with a thief has hate for his soul; he is put under oath, but says nothing.
	[hgb]	人与盗贼分赃，是恨恶自己的性命。他听见叫人发誓的声音，却不言语。
	[kjv]	Whoso is partner with a thief hateth his own soul: he heareth cursing, and bewrayeth it not.
29:25	[bbe]	The fear of man is a cause of danger: but whoever puts his faith in the Lord will have a safe place on high.
	[hgb]	惧怕人的陷入网罗。惟有倚靠耶和华的，必得安稳。
	[kjv]	The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.
29:26	[bbe]	The approval of a ruler is desired by great numbers: but the decision in a man's cause comes from the Lord.
	[hgb]	求王恩的人多。定人事乃在耶和华。
	[kjv]	Many seek the ruler's favour; but every man's judgment cometh from the LORD.
29:27	[bbe]	An evil man is disgusting to the upright, and he who is upright is disgusting to evil-doers.
	[hgb]	为非作歹的，被义人憎嫌。行事正直的，被恶人憎恶。
	[kjv]	An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked.
